Blessing and Commissioning of New Stained Glass Windows

On Sunday last our parish community gathered for Sunday Mass to bless and commission the new windows of the north and south transepts. The windows were commissioned to mark the 150th anniversary of the church and are dedicated to Our Lady, Creation and Ulster Saints Bronach, Killian and Colmcille. A very sincere word of thanks to Niall and Vincent from Niall Smith Architects, Kingscourt, to Master Stain Glass Artist Patrick Muldowney, a native of Kilkenny, and Seamus and Adrian of Emerald Glass for their work over the past twelve months to bring the project to it’s completion.
