It was wonderful to have so many people and families gather at the Mass Rock on The Lough an Leagh this past weekend in honour of Our Lady of Mount Carmel and to celebrate our community Mass. Like our ancestors we gathered in this place as a church and a faith community. We gathered in the stillness, beauty and peace of this special place in our parish.
Thank you to all who prepared for the Mass, our choir and all who took part in the Mass. We commend the excellent work of the local Lough an Leagh Heritage Committee who work tirelessly in maintaining and continually improving the great facilities of The Lough an Leagh.
