Today is International Nurses Day. May God bless all our nurses and carers from our parish especially at this difficult time.
Almighty Father,
protect our nurses and caregivers.
Inspire and guide them in the work that they do.
Strengthen them for the work that still lies ahead.
Comfort them in the face of the sadness they witness.
May they know that the lives they touch number far more than just their patients.
Bless all the patients that come into their care, that they will be comforted, strengthened and healed.
