Saint Joseph’s School Graduation

Congratulations to the pupils of Sixth Class who celebrated their graduation at a special ceremony this past week. The students were joined by their parents and wider family members on this special occasion. A sincere word of thanks to their dedicated teachers Mrs. Ann Carroll and Mrs. Mairead Boyle for their great work with the young people as they prepared them for secondary school. The majority of the pupil body are enrolled in Colaiste Dun an Ri who was represented at the ceremony by Deputy Principal, Mr. Tommy McCormack. Thanks to Barbara Gaynor and the Board of Management for all their work. The new ASD unit which they have fought and campaigned for many years will be up and running in September and officially opened later in the autumn. Thanks to all the staff, The Parents Association and the Student Council.
