On Sunday next, July 26th, we are delighted to welcome composer Sr. Marie Dunne for our Annual Catholic Grandparents Day Mass at 12noon. Sr. Marie is a prolific composer and among her many compositions is a special song dedicated to Grandparents, simply entitled My Guiding Light. It has been sung here in Kingscourt each year by our own wonderful Clodagh Monaghan and dedicated to all our grandparents. This year will be of even greater significance and importance when the composer will join us in our parish for its rendition by Clodagh and the choir!
