Corlea National School achieving great things!
Amazing News for Miss Marron and her Greenschools Committee who are delighted to announce the amazing news that their Greenschools application for Water has been successful and they will receive their water flag at an award ceremony in Athlone in May.
In even bigger news, in recent days Miss Marron received an email informing her that the school hadn’t just obtained their green flag but that they have only gone and won Greenschools Water School of the year in the primary school category across the Northern and Western region.
We are ecstatic with the outstanding achievements of Corlea National School and will look forward to sharing the celebrations with them in the coming weeks when we gather as a community to raise the schools new Greenschools flag on May 30th 2024 🎉🎉🎉
