Our Parish Pastoral Planning Team were delighted with the response from the many couples who were able to attend the special Mass celebrating a Jubilee of Marriage for Valentine’s Day at our church. Thanks to all who prepared for the celebration. Thanks to Sonia and Little Buds Florists for so generously sponsoring the Red Roses for each couple. Congrats to every couple who attended marking this special occasion.
Annette O’Rourke, Chairperson of the Parish Pastoral Planning team made a presentation on behalf of the parish to Jim and Anna Carroll and to John and Nettie Reilly, who are both celebrating their Diamond Jubilee’s this year and to Philip and Eva McCabe who are marking their 66th wedding anniversary and are the longest married couple in the parish.
