We were delighted to welcome Joe Parlon from Coolderry in Offaly as the guest speaker at our Lenten Novena this past weekend. Joe spoke openly about our need to nurture positive mental health and well being. He spoke of his own coping with depression as a
member of the farming community. He encouraged everyone to reach out to others in a time of need.
