Our annual Cemetery mass and the Blessing of Graves took place this past weekend with thousands converging from near and far for this important faith occasion in the lives of families. Thanks to all who prepared and participated on the day. A special word of thanks to An Garda Siochana, The Civil Defence, Tommy and Joseph who provided the amplification, our stewards, our collectors, our folk choir, our readers, Emma and the teams of Ministers of Holy Communion, P.J. our sacristan and his team, our servers, Colm Kieran of Kieran funeral care for the provision of the Canopy, to Paddy McCabe, Lorna Shekleton and Eugene from O’Gorman’s SuperValu who provided additional parking facilities and all who assisted in any way.
May the souls of all our faithful departed rest in peace.
