Saint Joseph’s School was en fete in celebrating major achievements. The school obtained a complete energy refit as part of the Pathfinder Programme 2024 – 2024 at a cost of €4.5million, beginning a new chapter in the life and times of Saint Joseph’s School. A plaque to honour this achievement was unveiled by former retired principal Mairead Corbally. In addition Gerry Murphy from Met Eireann and RTE was present to raise the schools eight Green Flag, which is a major achievement for a school community. Congratulations to Barbara Gaynor, Chairperson of the Board of Management, Mary Kennelly, School Principal and Valerie Norton, deputy Principal and their teams on these outstanding achievements.
